Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Please check individual products for their policy on returns and refunds. While some products are eligible, all paper-based merchandise, or non-clothing items are ineligible.
If an incorrect address has been submitted, resulting in the loss of your product's through the mail, the seller is not liable for the customer’s financial losses, and a refund will not be issued; however, it may be covered under Chit Chats insurance.
Shipping losses due to courier error, as well as damages, are covered under Chit Chats insurance, unless a claim is denied for coverage.

SHIPPING
Once orders are packaged, you will receive an email with confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it, and double check that all information is correct. Once items have left the warehouse, you will receive another email with your shipping information, including tracking, if available. Products are covered under chit-chats insurance.
REFUNDS
Only orders not yet confirmed via email, packed and ready for shipment, are eligible for a refund. To request a refund and cancel your order, go to: Contact - Include your name, email, order number, and request for refund.
We do not accept returns at this time.
